    We assist Non-Resident India (NRI) clients and businesses with counsel on cross-jurisdictional legal issues arising from implementation and enforcement of regulatory and legal proceedings between the jurisdictions of India and Canada.

As a fully remote boutique firm, we keep overhead low so that affordability and accessibility remain central to our work. We also reserve 10% of our availability for pro bono cases, ensuring that those without means still have access to meaningful representation. We are located on the traditional and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations and serve communities within and beyond the Lower Mainland in British Columbia with a vision of law that is equitable, sustainable, and accessible to all.
